Payment Options:

• Cash or Check: Accepted for all services. Always accepted.
• Credit or Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments can be made in the office or via our Payment Portal at https://payportal.patientviewer.com?cid=ZFksZLdm. You can also make a payment via your Patient Portal (you will need to log in, please contact the office for your log in credentials if you have not received it).
• CareCredit: You can apply online at www.carecredit.com or directly at our office.

Please remember that payment is required at the time of service.

We will handle your insurance claims and track their progress as a courtesy. Let us know if your insurance details change. While we will bill your insurance provider, you are ultimately responsible for any charges that aren't covered. Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks; any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
